Key responsibilities
As a Partner / Vendor Onboarding Specialist at QuickFIX Connect, you will own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new service providers and vendors — from first inquiry through KYC verification, contract setup, and go-live. You will partner closely with the Operations Manager and BD Lead to ensure every new partner is activated quickly, compliantly, and set up for success on the platform. This is a mid-level role suited to someone with 2–4 years of experience in vendor management, partnerships, or onboarding operations.
Requirements
2–4 years in vendor onboarding, partnerships, or operations. Strong communication and documentation skills. Comfortable managing multiple onboarding pipelines in parallel. Familiarity with KYC/compliance workflows is a plus. Reports to the Operations Manager / BD Lead.
