Operations Coordinator
Coordinate daily field-service operations, dispatch servicemen, and keep bookings on schedule.
About the role
As an Operations Coordinator at QuickFIX Connect, you will be the connective tissue between customers, providers, and our field servicemen. You will monitor the live booking queue, assign jobs to the right servicemen based on zone and availability, handle escalations, and ensure every booking moves smoothly from pending to completed. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
Requirements
2+ years in operations, logistics, or customer support coordination. Strong communication skills. Comfortable using dashboards and dispatch tools. Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize across many concurrent jobs. Familiarity with the home-services or on-demand economy is a plus.
